“Lucky Clover” Kale Chips contains: 1 vegetable
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash kale and dry completely. Remove leaves from stems and roughly tear into large pieces.
Lay kale in a single layer on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Make sure not to overcrowd. Sprinkle with garlic.
Bake for 10 minutes, rotate pan, and bake for another 12-15 minutes until kale begins to firm up (it will appear shrunken; this is normal).
Repeat as needed until all is cooked. Enjoy immediately as they lose their crispiness with time.
Enjoy ½ cup cooked for 1 vegetable serving.
