StuffingTurkey Hash

Ingredients: (1 Protein, 1½ Vegetables, 1 Starch)
 5 – 7 oz Cooked Turkey Breast (cubed)
 ½ Cup Diced Mushrooms (raw)
 1 Large Stalk of Celery (minced)
 1 Slice Diet Bread (crumbed, 40 cal.)
 2 Tbsp Onion Flakes (soaked)
 2 Tbsp Green Pepper Flakes (soaked)
 Morton Lite Salt
 Pepper to Taste
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.

Spray skillet with cooking spray. Saute mixture for 10 minutes or until well heated.

Add some water if necessary to prevent sticking.

Turkey SoupLow Calorie Turkey ‘Noodle’ Soup

Ingredients: (1 Protein, 2 Vegetables)
 5 – 7 oz Cooked Turkey Breast (cut up)
 1 Large Stalk of Celery
 ½ Cup Mushrooms
 ½ Cup Fresh Bean Sprouts (rinse well)
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tbsp Onion Flakes
 1 cup Water
Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Season with Morton Lite Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook in microwave for 4 minutes, or until celery is tender.
